Sign Date • Review procedures on environmental hazards including: heat illness recognition and prevention, lightening, cold, etc. Review charts on lightening and cold hazards as well as review use of lightening detectors. • Explain procedures for dealing with injury and illness, including exposure to blood and / or other body fluids.

Never try to race a car in getting across a road, give them the right of way. • Do not enter private yards on a run. • Always conduct yourselves as ladies and gentleman when out running. • Always run the instructed route where your coach may observe you. • All athletes have the right to leave an athletic site or activity, without fear of repercussion or penalty if they feel they are in danger.
