Civil Rights organizations/groups • The Organization of Afro-American Unity (OAAU) • Malcolm X created this after he left the Nation of Islam • Modeled on the Organization of African Unity, in the states of Africa • Started a similar group The Muslim Mosque, Inc. • After his death at one of his rallies the groups quickly broke apart • Raisin in the Sun took place at around the same time

House • A high paying job which will let me get a good house All the Youngers had goals and Dreams of their own, some that were good and some that weren't

  6. Importance of the PowerPoint • A single person can make a big difference • Malcolm X fought for many people • Mama bought the house, which was good for the whole family
