2. Enter your username and password

3. Pick my students when you want to look at just students on your roster

4. Pick reports for data related to you and your students past and present

5. Scroll down to find relevant reports—Pick CST Cluster Scores

6. Select Manually

7. Select Subject

8. Select Student Population –use 2011-12 if you want data on current students

9. Select Teacher Name

10. Select Add Courses Use Demographic Data for Sped, ELD, ethnicity, SED, etc Data

11. Select Test Year –use 2010-11 for last year’s data, 2009-10 for 2 years ago

12. Select Test Type for the tests you’d like data on

13. Select Add Clusters or Add Summary Options

14. Clusters for breakdown on standards

15. Use Summary Options to see how the data compares to other teachers, PHS, SMUHSD, or CA

17. Class report with CST levels

18. Download into Excel , click Excel icon and open

19. Excel Spreadsheet of Students and scores

20. Download to PDF, click open

21. PDF spreadsheet of class

22. Click Summary Options Compare your past results to school, district and CA

23. Click 2010-11 Student population- or whatever year you’d like

24. Click Teacher

25. Click Test Year you want data from

26. Click Clusters you want data

27. Click Summary Options you want compared
