Major Agenda 2:Re-envisioning USC • CHED’s proposal of five HEI types • Community College • Professional College • Liberal Arts College • University • Graduate Institute • Issues: • Culling of Courses, programs, departments • Adaptations: mergers, splits, transfers • Niche programs and academic excellence
