  1. Troop 1363Webelos Event & Campout Hey Webelos. Looking for a Troop with 35 years of outdoor activities and an active Scouting program? Come check out Troop 1363 on September 28-29 at the Dale City Moose Lodge, 15424Cardinal Drive, about half way between Minnieville and Route 1. The camping area is behind the Moose Lodge. Activities start at 10:00 Saturday morning. Join us for activities all day long and bring a tent to camp with us Saturday night.
