  3. FOURTH GRADE GREEN TEAM • rotates throughout • the year • helps students sort • their lunch waste • rinses out buckets • - dumps trash

  4. GLOVES and APRONS An important part of every recycler’s wardrobe

  5. BINS and CONTAINERS Trash bin: food, napkins, capri-sun, straws Recyclables: plastics #1-#7 (no #6), milk and juice cartons, paper Liquids: empty out milk cartons and juice boxes Buyback drink containers: plastic, glass, aluminum Contact Lois Humphreys for free containers

  6. PARENT VOLUNTEER TO REDEEM BUY-BACK ITEMS

  7. ECO-FRIENDLY HOT LUNCH PACKAGING

  8. STUDENT EDUCATION • science lab classes on recycling • dumpster dive lunch time display • current green team crew orients the next crew
