Uno de los “secretos públicos” más grandes de la historia del petróleo, son los millones de barriles de petróleo que ya han sido descubiertos pero que no figuran dentro de las reservas certificadas de las compañías. Nos referimos al OOIP que dejaremos en el subsuelo después que todos los yacimientos explotados por primaria y secundaria lleguen a su límite económico.
