  3. If you get sick… • Dispose used tissues after use Cover your Nose/Mouth while sneezing /coughing

  4. If you get sick… Regularly wash hands with soap If you have flu like symptoms seek medical advice immediately

  5. Keep a distance of at least 1meter from others Stay home from work, school or crowded places

  6. Avoid hugging, kissing and shaking hands while greeting

  7. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS In children Troubled breathing

  8. Bluish skin color

  9. Not drinking enough fluids

  10. Not waking up And not concentrating

  11. Being irritable

  12. Getting better, and then getting worse

  13. Fever with a rash

  14. For ADULTS, … Difficulty in breathing Or Shortness of breath

  15. Pain in the chest or abdomen

  16. Sudden dizziness

  17. Severe or persistent Vomiting

  18. Is swine flu treatable? A: Yes, with the flu drugs Tamiflu or Relenza, But Most people have recovered without treatment.
