  5. Methode • Doel en onderzoeksopzet • Communicatieproces evalueren tussen studenten en faculteit • Test • Populatie: 32 verpleegkundige faculteiten leden • Doel: de gehele populatie bereiken • Probleem: enkele scholen weigerden om deel te nemen

Resultaten • Socio-demografische data • 54,8 % 17-20 jarigen • 98,8 % vrouwen • 66,5 % moeders en 55,4 % vaders diploma lager onderwijs • Kwantitatieve resultaten ego toestanden • Volgens de studenten: faculteitenleden  Adult Ego State • Kwalitatieve resultaten ego toestanden • Volgens nieuwe studenten: faculteitenleden  Adult and Critical Parent

Discussie • Volgens de kwantitatieve bevindingen was the Adult ego state het meest gebruikt in communicatie • Enkele verschillen tussen de opinies van de faculteit en de studenten • Verschil was niet statistisch significant • Nurturing Parent ego states blijkt goed te zijn voor de studenten hun zelfvertrouwen

Conclusie • Gebruik Adult en Nurturing Parent in onderwijzende omgevingen is belangrijk • Bereiken leerdoelen • Vormen veilige opvoeder-student commicatie • Instandhouden veilige opvoeder-student communicatie • Preventie en oplossen van communicatieproblemen • Faculteitenleden gebruiken de Adult ego state het meest • Faculteitenleden gebruiken het Free Child ego state het minst
