It is mainly based on employee happiness and motivation and producer-oriented workflow. Regarding all the countries in general; there will be certain regions of each and every country stepping out with their main agricultural, artistic and industrial products. Based on these facts, Delicatefingers combines the local labor needs with potential creativity; and provides an employment environment in the region with selected candidates. HOW DOES IT WORK? First of all, the Delicatefingers team focuses on a certain region or area in the country which has the potential for its main goods to be improved or reproduced by creativity and care. Therefore, when the final decision of investment is made, the team begins to search for unique and talented individuals to employ. For example; the type of the wood to be used for a certain piece of furniture; or customer designed printed t-shirts etc. b) WEBSITE Products will be introduced to the community through the company's website which will be also used for the sales of the products. According to the customer’s request (Rfr. delicatedesign App), orders will be delivered to the customer by the best delivery method.

  4. c) RETAIL BOUTIQUES Small boutiques will be opened in the major cities to sell the goods which are also used to exhibit the products. e.g. DelicateFingers Home, DelicateFingers Beauty, DelicateFingers Style and etc. d) DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING Annual catalogues will be taken to the houses in the neighborhood by the "walking team". The walking team will also take place in spotting the new potential talented workers who are interested in joining the business. CRM The bulletins where the latest projects and products are mentioned, including various campaigns and news, are to be sent to former and potential customers’ home and e-mail addresses. The most important fact to be brought up within the bulletins besides the products is the company logo, attracting attention and sticking in the customer’s mind.
