Cover foundation Let foundation dry Lay 1st layer of block Set forms for pipes Pour concrete for pipes Lay rest of block Move concrete block to location Move sand and cement for mortar Move pipes for input/output, overflow and drainage Next trip: Place baffle and weir in tank Build roof and attach to tank Build baffle and weir Waterproof Tank Move Supplies for roof
