  4. 결 론 최근 HR부분의 환경 변화 는 세계화 글로벌화 시대의 대세이며 조직이 효율적으로 성과를 향상시키는 성과 위주의 인사관리와 전략적으로 인사관리를 실행하고 정착화 하기 위해서는 e-HRM의 구축과 인사담당자의 전문성 확보 및 핵심역량을 강화 하는데 있음.
