  3. Front-End Development Team: Graphic Designers • Skills Required: - Able to design using Photoshop or Fireworks  - Must understand digital development (web and mobile) - Possess a good grasp of UX and multilingual usage  • Level of commitment: • Work commitment to be directed by the needs of the project. More intensive over the next few months until December.

  4. Front-End Development Team: Developers • Skills Required: - Implement specifications using Photoshop (high level usage) - Understand front end web standards including how to code for accessibility ( directions can be given) - Able to competently use CSS3 and HTML5 - Good understanding of backend integration • Level of commitment: • Work commitment to be directed by the needs of the project. More intensive over the next few months.

  5. Back-End Development Team • Skills Required: • Have experience of using CMS, C#, ASP.NET and database SQL • Level of commitment: • To be negotiated depending on the end-users’ specifications.

  6. Website Editorial Team • Skills Required: • Have good ability to write and proofread at least 2 languages (English/Cantonese/Mandarin) • Can take responsibility for leading the development of CCiL website content • Level of commitment: • Intensive in September to December and bi-monthly/quarterly thereafter.

  7. Website Translation Team • Skills Required: • Have very good ability to write and translate at least 2 languages (English/Cantonese/Mandarin) • Can take responsibility for ensuring that content sent by webpage authors/editors is accurately translated and returned in a timely manner • Level of commitment: • Intensive in September to December and as and when needed. • May be asked to assist with work of main CCiL Translations Team

  8. Proofreading Team • Skills Required: • Have good ability to pay close attention to details and proofread and at least 2 languages to ensure content is consistent over webpages in different languages (English/Cantonese/Mandarin) • Level of commitment: • Intensive in September to October and as and when needed.
