  5. Noise level can be contributed by other factors other than bus TV Noise pollution brought by bus TV causes disturbance to passengers Drivers are disturbed by noises emitted from bus TV Arguments

  6. Bus TV is a value-added service and is welcomed by most people Bus service is a transport service. Entertainment is not a note part. The surveys conducted by the companiesare not valid. Most people like bus TV does not mean that it is ok to disturb the rest. 事項
