  3. Why Roster Verification? 1. To provide you with accurate data about only those students enrolled in your classes 2. eSIS might not reflect the most up-to- date information; changes following uploads may not have been included. 3. Our Roster Verification process is designed to engage you in the solution

  4. Accessing the System Please log onto the system using the following URL: https://rostersonline.k12.hi.us Your Employee IDis your username and your Lotus Webmailpassword is your password for the system Need help? Let your School Based Team know Please do not proceed once you have logged on

  5. Roster Verification Process Verify student enrollment in your class rosters; Our goal is to have your rosters verified by the conclusion of today’s session. For each class roster: Verify students enrolled Indicate exceptions to periods enrolled Indicated by Month enrolled or not (via %; 100% = Enrolled, 0% = Not Enrolled) Submit rosters for approval Resolve any outstanding alerts For additional support, refer to the Resources section next to your list of class rosters

  8. Verify Roster • Review list of students for accuracy

  9. Verify Roster (cont’d) • Make necessary corrections to instruction period

  11. Submit All Rosters and Resolve Alerts • Review submitted rosters and alerts • Roster Confirmation is complete when all class rosters have been verified and submitted and any outstanding alerts have been resolved
