  5. The Balance of Financial Markets • Domestic fund outflow+overseas fund outflow+ foreign exchange reserves =Domestic fund inflow+ overseas fund inflow  DFO + OFO + FER = DFI + OFI The equation above is changed as follows OFO - OFI + FER = DFI - DFO
