Problems of Practice • Thanks for the thinking ahead of key problems of practice you are facing as a team or in your role. • The concept here is to share a problem (you can decide who goes first) and for others to ask reflective questions that either help your own thinking (something you hear speaks to you) or that is designed to challenge/steer or clarify the thinking of your colleague

Reflective stems • What is the relationship between...? • Has this ever happened before...? • What differences exist between...? • What do you think are some of the motives behind...? • Why do you think this is happening...? • Can you elaborate on the reason...? • What events could have happened that...?

  5. Share your nut of an idea and . . . Be fair about who gets the juicy bits!
