C-BAR Discussion May 2014 C-BAR Submission Overview: 525 Possible Points • 150 minimum for Bronze Award • 235 minimum for Silver Award • 345 minimum for Gold Award
C-BAR Discussion May 2014 Suggestions for Ongoing Management of C-BAR Bad Idea: Don’t even attempt to fill out Section #2 (C-BAR) Bad Idea: Wait until June to gather information for the submission. Good Idea: Start filling out the form & keeping documentation in August Good Idea: Make monthly inputs to the submission. Bad Idea: Only use C-BAR for the awards. Bad Idea: Assign one person to work independently on C-BAR. Good Idea: Assign each section or question to a board member. Good Idea: Make C-BAR part of Board Member’s Monthly Report
