BENEFICIARIES Two main groups: • Young mothers (interested in sharing professional life with maternity) 2) Employers (employing young mothers)
3 OPERATIONAL AIMS – 3 PLATFORMS • Development of model solutions towards constant qualifications improvement, including maternity leave 2) Developmentof comprise solutions aimed at bridging the gap between women’s and employers’ expectations about employment 3) Development of alternative solutions in the field ofchild care services
OPERATIONAL AIMSPlatform 1 – women • identifying women professional potential and creating introductory trainings suited for target group needs • legal / psychological counselling & career advising • www service • promotion of active attitudes towards qualifications improvement • testing flexible work organisation methods
OPERATIONAL AIMSPlatform 2 - employers • elaborating of the „pro-reconciliation company” brand • development & testing innovative methods of work • promotion of flexible forms of work organisation • reinforcement of equality policy: • change of stereotypes • legal aspects
OPERATIONAL AIMSPlatform 3 – child care • development and promotion of alternative child care services (e.g. initiatives within neighbourhoods / local communities, etc.) • promoting fathers’ participation in home duties and children care
