Some of the activities he recommends are: • The 120 Pause – Stop what you are doing, sit, relax, & count from 0 to 120 (2 minutes) • Label your feelings – Whenever you feel anxious, write it down stating the reason for it. Doing so helps you understand your emotions better. • Move – When you experience anxiety, change the environment by moving to a different room, changing where or how you are sitting, or moving your body in some way.
