However, being a CEO of a restaurant chain is a bit more specific than other positions of executive management in other firms. Andy Wiederhorn needs dedication and specific skills to achieve success. He needs more than hard work to run a profitable chain of restaurants. It is his responsibility to keep the chain operating smoothly. As the CEO, Andy works odd hours and holidays. He oversees nearly each aspect of the business. He is often the first person in the morning and among the last ones at the end of the night to leave. This means that he works long hours regularly.
