3. 3 MID FLORIDA P&DC Complement Impacts
10 CIOSS operator Bid positions will be needed for PARS mail processing operations.
2 per machine (4) per day
2 tours (Tour-2 & Tour-3)
2 relief bids (days off, call-ins, etc)
4. 4 MID FLORIDA P&DC EAS Staffing Requirements
1 Mail Processing supervisor on Tour-2 will need to cover CFS Manager position on Saturday and Sunday for CIOSS operations

All CIOSS/PARS operations
Mail Processing and CFS employees will be trained on proper operation of CIOSS machine and PARS mail flows
Waste mail procedures
Current CFS waste mail procedure with CIOSS volume verification

In-Plant Support will assist in training the trainers on the proper procedures in PARS Mailflows and Processing.
Each tour will have a minimum of two SDOs and one “lead” clerk who are trained by IPS.
Tour trainers will train all Automation Mail Processing Clerks on each tour.

Plant will place trays of PARS mail, without disturbing integrity of separator cards, into rolling stock for subsequent processing.
Intercept mail from DBCS and ISS/OSS operations will be PARS placarded as appropriate and flow to CIOSS operation. MID FLORIDA P&DC

Delivery Unit Operations
Delivery Units will place PARS mail into trays by Endorsement Reason for return with separator card at back of tray.
PARS delivery coordinator has instructed each D.U. on proper mail prep and containerization SOP.
Plant MHs will place trays of PARS mail from D.U. into rolling stock, placard, weigh-in and send to CIOSS staging area. MID FLORIDA P&DC
