Process of Convergence • Project Directors (Watersheds) designated as Project Implementers • Proposals raised from beneficiaries • Verification of proposals/sites by WMT/PIA • Preparation of Plan & Estimates by WMT • Technical Sanction by Asst Engineer/ ASCO/ PD(Watersheds)/Soil Conservation Officer • Administrative approval by PD WS
