  3. Definition • Workplace Bullying • Repeated Mistreatment • Mix of Humiliation, Intimidation, Sabotage • Deliberate, Hurtful and Repeated • Exist on Any Level • Actions Includes: • Intimidating, Undermining, Threatening, Sarcastic Remarks, Creating Undue Pressure

  4. Differences • Discrimination and Harassment are covered by Title VII • Based on Age, Race, Gender, Ethnic Origin, Disability, Religion • Creates Hostile Environment • Bullying is not covered by Title VII
