Student code in ÕIS • every student has its unique student number • this number is necessary to identify you in the system ( ÕIS) • you need the student code to write on all applications, tests andother papers that are handed in at/in the university Example: • Nominal studyRen Zhang 1713001KAYM • Visiting student Martin Thompson 170290KV

  11. How can I access ÕIS if I do not have the ID card yet ? 1.VisitInformationSystem Office- location SOC-132 2. Present youridentificationdocument (ID card, TRP or Passport) and you will immediately be issuedindividuaal usernameand password.

Registeringfor a course in ÕIS • At thebeginning of each semester all students must submit a study plan • if the study plan is not submitted student will be dismissed • the study plan is submitted via study information system (ois.ttu.ee) • studyplan (declaration) must be submittedlatest on theindicateddedline in AcademicCalendar

Inaddition, please: • make sure thatyoudeclarerequiredamount of ECTS • make sure thatsubjectcode and professor´snameiscorrect (the same in English and in Estonian). Shouldyouhaveanyquestions, pleaseturntoyourDean´sofficetoaskfor a help.

Study regulation- examinationsessions • 2 terms in 1 academicyear-Autumn and Spring • 1 term consists 16 weeks of classroom and practical study Examinationsession in the end of semester • Spring semester examination(22nd of May- 10th of June 2017) • Springsemester additionalexaminationsession(12th- 17th of June 2017).
