History • July 13, 1990 – John Staples and John Scarsi purchased Carrier Southern California, forming SCACD, Inc. • July, 1993 – Purchased Day & Night brand distribution from Bell Industries • September, 1993 – Purchased Payne brand distribution from Carrier Corporation • July, 1997 – Purchased Carrier brand distribution in Utah and Idaho from Carrier Corporation • December, 2002 - Annual sales reach $257,329,000 • May 9, 2003 – Received Bryant brand distribution for Northern California • May 13, 2003 – Purchased 17 Pameco branches in California and Nevada

  2. History • Before the latest purchase we were the world’s largest privately owned HVAC distributor, the largest independent Carrier distributor, and the second-largest Bryant distributor • Now we are the largest Bryant distributor

  3. Today…. We have 39 branches 24 in Southern California 9 in Northern California 3 in Utah 2 in Nevada 1 in Idaho Due to this large expansion, we have decided to change our name to:
