  5. What to Expect • Not a grocery store • Lots of new tech, lots of learning • Unique process • Unique focus (developer vs. publisher)

  6. How to Succeed in the First Few Months • Design patterns & conventions of the trade • Learn it well and grow, don’t just get things done • The obvious stuff • Communicate • Respect • Take paid time seriously

  7. DS4 & SP: How They Tie In • Portfolio • Gained knowledge • Team & communication skills • Post-mortem!
