Job Data Tab - Look and Feel Job Data Change: The EmplIDis highlighted if the employee’s job record changed since a recommendation was last planned PTA link: Clicking on the Employee Record (EmplRcd) Numberwill direct the user to a page which contains current PTA information for the employee Salary History link: Clicking on the Name will direct the user to a page which contains salary history information for the employee

Planned Base Tab - Look and Feel • For Regular Staff, Academic Staff-Teaching and Other Teaching Excel icon: Clicking on the grid will export the data values in the current tab Include/Exclude Checkbox: Deselecting the checkbox next to each employee’s Name will exclude the employee from all the tabs

  6. Academic Planned Base Tab - Look and Feel • For Professoriate in Pay Groups F09, F10, F12 APPSAL: Enter APPSAL as a separate entry PAYSAL: Enter Academic Year Salary Increase (ZAY)

  7. Utilization - Look and Feel Total Annual Salaries: Sum of the salaries of the employees displayed in search criteria Utilization Totals: Total utilization by STF Group for School/VP area

  8. New ReportMart1 Reports • NewRM1 Reports will include some of the following reports: • Salary Planning Budget Report • Delegation Report • Faculty Affairs Salary Planning Report • Salary Planning Multiple Jobs Report

  10. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • UAT Testers are being identified • UAT Testing Sessions @ Arguello Lab 102 • On-going communication will be sent directly from HRIS to UAT Testers

  11. Helping Users Make the Transition • Demo Sessions will be held in late March • Training Sessions will be held from April – June • Job Aids • Online Training materials • Animated process demos • Context-related “Help” within the system • Open Labs after go live • Submit HelpSU for assistance
