  3. Crisper and healthy masala dosa is ready to serve you. All you need is whole wheat flour, some pulses and spices to make this amazing dosa at home. One serving of this dosa gives around 100 calories. As Paneer and green peas are used to make masala for the dosa, this enhances iron, Fibre, and calcium value in the dish.

  4. Ingredients:- • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup • Rice Flour - 1 Tsp • Oil - ½ Tsp • Chana Dal (½ hour Soaked) - 1 Tsp • Urad Dal ( ½ Hour Soaked) - ½ Tsp • Mustard seeds - ¼ Tsp • Cumin Seeds - ¼ Tsp • Curry Leaves - 5 -6 • Salt - To Taste For Dosa Batter:-

  5. Ingredients:- • Oil - 1 Tsp • Jeera - ½ Tsp • Finely Chopped Green Chilli - 1 • Chopped Tomatoes - ¼ Cup • Boiled Green peas - ¾ Cup • Paneer Cubes - ⅓ Cup • Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp • Chopped Coriander - 2 Tbsp • Salt - To taste For Stuffing:- Other Ingredients:- • Oil - For greasing and Cooking

  6. Make a smooth batter from wheat and rice flour. Keep aside. For tempering, take a pan and heat the oil, then add chana dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and urad dal. Put Salt and mix well. Put Fruit salt and add a few drops of water. Wait for the bubbles, then mix well and keep it aside. Method:- For Dosa Batter:-

  7. Heat oil and add Cumin seeds and green chillies. Then add tomatoes and saute for around 2-3 minutes. Add other ingredients (Green Peas, Paneer salt, and chaat masala) and continue to saute them for few minutes. Mix well and the coriander leaves. Once done, then divide the stuffing into equal portions. Method:- For Stuffing:-

  8. Take Non-stick pan and grease oil. Put dosa batter and spread evenly. Put oil from the edges and cook well until light brown. Repeat the same with remaining batter. Put stuffing in the centre, fold from the corner. Your Whole wheat Masala dosa is ready. Serve hot. Method:- Final Process:-
