(assessment) • What kind of feedback do you want from others?
Feedback Protocol: Playing nice with others Team presents for 3 minutes or so. Then they are QUIET (seriously, no talking!!!!) Audience then: • WARM FEEDBACK: what effective, I admire, etc • THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS (from speaker’s experience only) I wonder….; This reminded me of….; One thing I’ve tried….. • Dialogue: keeping it kind and useful!
