INQUIRING MINDS What do YOU want to know about a topic?
The basic inquiry process goes like this: • pose questions and explore ways to answer them • locate and manage information from various sources • process and synthesize your findings • share your findings • reflect on your inquiry findings
Research: using multiple sources, try to find the answers to your main questions. You may discover that you want to change one or more questions as you research; that is fine. Make point-form notes as you go, and don’t forget to jot down the sites/sources. Once you have all the answers/info you need, it is time to put your information together to form your presentation. There are multiple ways to present your project: power point, prezi, youtube video, audio file, newspaper article. Choose the one that most interests you! Submit your initial research and questions in a word document, along with your finished Project. Remember to tell me what you feel you learned about the topic overall in your research.
