  2. What is PACE? • Personal Assessment of College Environment • Provides evidence of employee engagement, strengths and areas for improvement • 46 standard questions, 10 custom questions • NWTC has administered PACE 5 times • Focus today on last three years (2006, 2010, 2012)

  3. Satisfaction with student focus has increased significantly

  4. Employees Increasingly Satisfied that NWTC “Catches Dreams” Up nearly 20%

  5. 18 Percentage increase in employees “very satisfied” with extent to which students are central to what we do

  6. More employees feel their job is relevant to College’s mission 43.8%(2006) 50.8%(2010) 64.2% (2012)

  7. Growing belief that students receive an excellent education at NWTC 52.8% (2012) 36.5% (2010) 26.5% (2006) Percentage of employees “very satisfied”

  8. Number of employees “very satisfied” with extent to which NWTC prepares students for a career also increasing 2012:55.5%2010:39.8%2006:31.5%
