AHLTA CBHCO Encounter • The following slides represent a typical encounter for a Case Manager with Provider privileges. Encounter • Create an Appointment • Telephone Consult • Manage Problem List • Manage Medications • Copy Forward • Open an Encounter • Select AIM Form • Include Scanned documents with Add-Note • Complete A/P Portion of Encounter • Disposition • Sign and Close Encounter • Print Medication Reconciliation

Case Mgr. Copy Forward Function • USING COPY FORWARD • Two Requirements: • A Completed Previous Encounter for the patient • Current Open Encounter for the same patient • Start by selecting Previous • Encounters to access a list of • available encounters to copy
Case Mgr. Select Previous Note • Select previous note that you would like to copy • Can Preview Note Below • 2) Select Copy Forward Button
Case Mgr. Select Current Encounter • If a patient has multiple • encounters open, you will be • prompted to choose your • desired encounter
Case Mgr. Copy Forward in the S/O Module When you enter the S/O Module, the bullets from your previous encounter will automatically load and will appear in yellow USING COPY FORWARD • You can then either: • Choose the bullets you want individually • OR • 2) Use the Auto Enter button to insert all of the bullets with a single click
Case Mgr.Copy Forward for All Tabs The Copy Forward Template can contain information for all tabs of the S/O Module, but you need to select the Auto Enter key on each tab separately.

AHLTA Case Mgr. S/O • Click on S/O in the Tree • Select an Encounter
AHLTA CBHCO New Note • Open a New Note or • Edit an existing Note from S/O Notes
AHLTA Case Mgr. AIM Form • Click on Template Mgt icon • Type ‘WTU CCP’ and click FindNow • Then Double click on WTU CCP (DoD)
CCP AIM HPI – Form View You may select Note View Use Ctrl-Enter to add a new line

Scanning Close AIM Form and Click ‘Add Note’
Add Note: Load New Note Look up and Open previously saved image
Sign Encounter Closure
Med Rec - List of Meds • Click ‘Close’ at Tool Bar • Use mouse to box the Active Medications area of the screen and copy text (Edit-Copy or Ctrl-C) • Open MS Word and paste onto a document • Print the document to hand to the Warrior • This can also be used to provide a copy of the Care Plan
