Enhancing Student Exchange Journey: Procedures and Steps

This presentation workshop outlines the formation and procedures involved in student exchange programs at Middlesex University. Before the exchange, students attend a Pre-Departure Meeting for crucial information. They set up a Learning Agreement, apply to the Host University, complete necessary paperwork, and arrange travel logistics. Upon arrival at the Partner University, they consult with the Programme Leader and continue communication. At the halfway mark of the exchange, credit check procedures are discussed, and adjustments can be made. The students complete the Learning Agreement for the second term and maintain contact with relevant offices. Upon returning to Middlesex University, students submit required documents, address credit shortages with support, and complete evaluations. The Trainstorming session focuses on improving student mobility strategy.
