  11. Timetable • Thursday 6thJune Children leave school at 9.15 am • 10.00 am Programme starts: Hello and welcome • Settle into bedrooms • Programme briefing • 11.00 Two activities before lunchArchery and Tennis • Lunch 1.00 Please bring your own packed lunch in a disposable bag

  12. Timetable • Afternoon Day 1 • Two sessions of activities Rock Climbing and Trampolining • Evening meal at approx6.00pm • Evening activity – Roller Skating

Kit List for your kit bag • Water bottle (this can be their school one) labelled • Pyjamas / night clothes • Wash bag-soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and any other essentials for personal requirements (no aerosols sprays) • Towel but no bedding • Casual clothes for the evening , one outfit will be plenty. • Sports clothes-shorts, trainers, t-shirt (tracksuit if you want) Wear these to travel in on Thursday. Clean set for Friday. • Mark clothing and items with child’s name • 1 packed lunch for day one in a plastic bag not a lunch box. • Do NOT bring • Aerosols • Electrical equipment-ipods, ipads, consoles or phones • Pocket money-there is nothing to purchase • Please make sure their bag is not too big it is for one night and the coach is small.

Medicine/ first aid • Prescription medicine – written instructions about when and how much needs to be administered • Hayfever/ allergies - written instructions about when and how much needs to be administered • Inhalers - In date/ kept with your child at all times • Calpol - Permission to give Calpol should your child have a headache/ sore throat etc. • Food - Please ensure we are aware of any food allergies.
