OSHAS 18001 describes the HIRA and total emergency management • Manufactures, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals (MS&IHC) Rules 1989 • Schedule 11 and 12 (On-site & Off-site Emergency management Plans ) • Clear approach and evaluation is missing
