2009-2010 • Cut $10 million in June; identifying another $15 million in reductions • Reduced summer session by 25% • 4/10 work week for utility savings • Reduction in force impacting 140 positions • Continued hiring freeze • Eliminated PT short-term positions • Negotiate savings in health/welfare benefits • Parking fee for all employees • Increased health and parking fees for students • Facility-use fees • Eliminated more than 400 course offerings
