NCSX is in serious danger of overspending this year which we cannot do Strykowsky to outline plan forward Cutbacks to avoid FY06 overspending
Scale back Station 1 work in FY06 per RLS discussion Fabrication of Station 2 tooling postponed to FY07 Resolve practice rigging (Lehman Review comment) Need plan for magnetic alignment Need to identify specifications and assembly drawings to be prepared to support FPA Need to review facility layout. Determine if any work has to be done elsewhere. Field Period Assembly
Keep ahead of the wave on Type B part drawings. Expedite critical procurements. Complete R&D and design of inboard shear plates Resolve issues with balance of coil-to-coil hardware (TGB peer review) Convert tapped holes to studs on tee in high stress region of Type B MCWF?
