Using the Online Application Key tips to get started
Online Application • Client can access the online application at https://greatrivers.commongoalsapp.com/ to get started. • They press “Sign up now!” to create an account. Input your email, personal information, and password. • Next, they will need to verify it through the email you provided. Press “Activate Your Account”and input the username and password provided in email. • Coaches will be invited to join the portal upon completion of the JP training center modules 1 & 2 and assigned admin privileges. • Once our office has entered you into our system, you will receive an email to confirm your account.
Online Application – Key Tips • Your login is different from your clients’: • Coaches are not able to apply on behalf of clients through their login. Clients must create an account login to start an application. • Coaches will be assigned the application manually by our staff. This could take a few hours, so be aware that the completed application will not appear in your dashboard immediately. • If using the same computer to assist your client in completing an application, you must first log out of your account • Once reviewed the application status is set: • Accepted– your application is approved, you can email me to set your closing date. We are working on creating a link to immediately and easily schedule closings on our calendar, which we hope to roll out next week. • Submitted– This application is pending. You must check it to ensure it has all the required information and all required docs are uploaded. • Denied – Your client does not meet application criteria and has been denied. In these cases, I will continue to reach out individually to get more information before denying an application.
Please ensure you are logged out completely before starting a client application.
