  32. Hospitality coordinator Ministry Description A Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the following: • Setting the table up. The table will be in position, however the hospitality coordinator is responsible for everything that goes on it.

Hospitality coordinator Ministry Description • Make sure the tablecloth is on the table and is clean. • Check with the materials coordinator before each meeting to make sure that he/she has all of the needed materials. • Make sure the materials bin is located on or near the table and has all of the needed materials.

  34. Hospitality coordinator Ministry Description • Place lesson on table. • Place the concordance on the table and put the table number on the concordance. • Make sure there is a pitcher of water and cups on the table.

  37. Head Materials Coordinator Ministry Description • This person is responsible for all the materials used at the tables. • The Materials coordinator will need to recruit 2 assistants
