And 0.3% (1 patient) was on neither drug during the 1-year. In the 5-year tabulations, 13% were reported to be on both drugs during the year and 1% (2 patients) was reported to be on neither drugs. Analysis is limited to patients who were alive at the time of the follow-up 2011
