Qatar 2022 World Cup • 2030 National Vision – 2022 World Cup is the catalyst, • U$140bn on roads, tunnels, ports, rail, 37 metro stations, stadia, new Lusail City, • $4 bn stadium building programme (5 stadia in final stage design).
