  4. The Team Module Software The Team Module software is used by the participants in the Merit simulation to manage their fictional company. Getting Started • The Team Module is used to :- • Enter decisions for each period relating to the key managerial functions :- • Financial Management • Overhead Management • Procuring Work (Estimating & Bidding) • Managing Work (Personnel & Construction) • Obtain information that enables effective decisions to be made, such as interactive graphs and tables. • Measuring the performance of the company by determining the progress of the company against key performance indicators, and extracting company performance statistics.
