Heavy Rain/Flooding Potential • Highest rain totals northwest ½ of Middle TN • Flash Flood Watch in effect • Rain will begin tonight northwest and overspread the area Thursday • Heaviest rains Thursday Afternoon/Evening • Recent dry conditions will help reduce rises on area rivers • A southeast shift in the heavy rain axis would enhance the river flood threat
