Bosnia/RS - Complex Shared IMS • Expert information management system that fully supports all work processes of inspections (Complex Shared IMS) • Realized with the support of three integrated international projectsWORLD BANK and USAID within 3-year period (2007-2009), the IMS in use from beginning of 2010 • New inspection model and software application (risk assessment, planning, mobile work, recording, reporting) • Automated Complaints System - CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration System - C2G, B2G) – integrated with the Inspectorate web site and the IMS • The Inspection Checks Registry web sitehttp://www.inspektorat.vladars.net/registar • Implemented by renowned company Infodom Ltd (Croatia) • In function for 5 years (more than 90,000 inspection cases and 200,000 inspection documents created)
Bosnia/RS - Complex Shared IMS Example • Create a new inspection case and prepare for inspection • Fill-in inspection checklist by choosing checks’ answers and describing factual state, and generate inspection report • Describe irregularities, select inspection measures, regulations and generate inspector’s decision document • Generate statistic report on conducted inspections and taken inspection measures
