Bosnia/RS - Complex Shared IMS • Expert information management system that fully supports all work processes of inspections (Complex Shared IMS) • Realized with the support of three integrated international projectsWORLD BANK and USAID within 3-year period (2007-2009), the IMS in use from beginning of 2010 • New inspection model and software application (risk assessment, planning, mobile work, recording, reporting) • Automated Complaints System - CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration System - C2G, B2G) – integrated with the Inspectorate web site and the IMS • The Inspection Checks Registry web sitehttp://www.inspektorat.vladars.net/registar • Implemented by renowned company Infodom Ltd (Croatia) • In function for 5 years (more than 90,000 inspection cases and 200,000 inspection documents created)

Bosnia/RS - Complex Shared IMS Example • Create a new inspection case and prepare for inspection • Fill-in inspection checklist by choosing checks’ answers and describing factual state, and generate inspection report • Describe irregularities, select inspection measures, regulations and generate inspector’s decision document • Generate statistic report on conducted inspections and taken inspection measures

Cambodia (MIH) - Basic IMS Example • Web form to record an inspection outcomes • Generate statistic report on inspection checks’ outcomes • Risk algorithm management module • Generate automatically operational plan using simple risk algorithm (list of businesses that should be inspected based on calculated risks applying risk management module with risk categories and indicators)

Cambodia (MIH) – Risk Algorithm • , where is risk indicator result within the risk category i,is the risk indicator weighting,, is the risk category weighting and is resulting risk of business entity • Possiblity to dynamically define inspections frequency based on calculated risk and defined ranges for small, medium and high risk businesses • small risk businesses – for instance inspected once every 3 or five years • medium risk businesses – for instance inspected once every two/three years • high risk businesses – for instance inspected once every year
