  3. Kaelan’s Breakfast Menu • Porridge with fruit like strawberries, blue berries and milk and banana • Poached eggs on toast • Milk

  4. Kaelan’s Lunch Menu Snacks strawberries Drink milk Lunch Sandwich with avocado cheese and ham.

  5. My dinner menu • Vietnamese rice paper rolls with lettuce noodles • Milk • Mango and yoghurt • Cheese

  6. My Exercise Day • Each Day I need to do 20 minutes of exercise to achieve this I will: • Run ten times • Jump ten times • Dance for ten minutes • Swimming ten times
