Failure to do so may result in the termination of your study by the Centre for Postgraduate Studies. Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences Flowchart of Dissertation Process for PhD BY COURSEWORK AND RESEARCH PHASE IV: SUBMISSION OF DISSERTATION FOR FINAL APPROVAL For student reference COMPLETION OF PHASE IV: SUBMISSION OF DISSERTATION FOR FINAL APPROVAL • * Once you submit CPS-REG/13/2005(1) form, you are to submit the hard-bound thesis to CPS within 5 months. • ** VERY IMPORTANT! To get the dissertation tabled in the Senate in a particular month, the student must submit the hard- bound copies of • the dissertation to the Postgraduate and Research Office at least THREE WORKING DAYS before the deadline of Senate submission for that • month. Failure to do so will result in the dissertation being tabled in the subsequent month.
