  2. What sport does Mahe do? In the Olympics in 2008 Mahe is doing the Single Skulls Men’s Rowing

  3. WHY DID MAHE START ROWING? Mahe started rowing at Auckland University when he was 18, because it was the only sport you could do as a learner or beginner.

  4. His Achievements So Far In the 2005, 2006 and 2007 World Rowing Championships he won Gold in the Single Skulls Men’s. In the 2008 Olympics he got Bronze in the Single Skulls Men's.

  5. Some More Information Mahe was sick before his race in Beijing. After his race he collapsed and the safety boat had to take him to shore. Mahe comes from Tauranga and used to go to Tauranga Boy’s College.
