2. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ • In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful.

3. Èå×ãcán CáÖ ânåÒâ·á² CáÖ , âÈå×ã«á® CáÖ âäØãÃá® CáÖ • O High, O Mighty, O Forgiver, O Merciful.

4. AåØáw ãÐãÃå\ãÇá¾ áuå×á åÕãmáäÂB âÈå×ã«á¯åÂB âäPáäoÂB áYåÊáB • You are the Mighty Lord, who has none like Him.

5. oå×ã|áRåÂB â°å×ãÇáätÂB áÒâÎ áÑ • And He is the All­Hearing, the All­Seeing.

6. ÔÃá® âÐáXåÃáä£á¶ áÑ âÐáXå¶áäoáw áÑ âÐáXåÆáäoá¾ áÑ âÐáXåÇáä«á® çoåÏáw BámÎ áÑ • ãnåÒâÏâäxÂB • This is a month which You have made exalted, honored, ennobled and excelled over the other months.

7. ØáÃá® âÐáÆCá×ã{ áYå¢áoᶠåÕãmáäÂB âoåÏáw áÒâÎ áÑ • It is the month in which You have made fasting obligatory on me,

8. ÉDåoâ»åÂB ãÐå×㶠áYåÂáqåÊáB åÕãmáäÂB áÉCá£áÆán âoåÏáw áÒâÎ áÑ • and it is the month of Ramadhán, in which You sent down the Qur’án,

9. ÉCáºåoâ·åÂB áÑ ÓkâÏåÂB áÌãäÆ èVCáËãä×áQ áÑ ãrCáäËÃãä ÓækâÎ • a guidance for mankind, having clear signs of guidance and distinction. (2:185)

10. nåká»åÂB áUáÃå×á ãÐå×㶠áYåÃá¯á_ áÑ • You have placed in it the night of power,

11. èoåÏáw ã¸åÂáB åÌãäÆ Bæoå×ág CáÏáXåÃá¯á_áÑ • and made it better than a thousand months.(97:2)

12. áÀå×áÃá® âäÌáÇâÖ áÙ áÑ ãäÌáÇåÂBál Cá×ᶠ• O One who favors, and none favors You,

13. nCáäËÂB áÌãÆ åØãXáRáºán ã½Cá¿á·ãQ áäØáÃá® áäÌâÆ • ãÐå×áÃá® âäÌâÇáW åÌáÇå×㶠• favor me by saving me from the fire, amongst the ones You favor,

14. áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB áÈácånB CáÖ áÀãXáÇåcáoãQ áUáäËá`åÂB ØãËåÃãgåjáB áÑ • and make me enter Heaven, by Your mercy, O the most Merciful.

15. ãÈå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ • In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful.

16. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB • O Allah send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

17. ÉDåoâ»åÂB ãÐå×㶠áYåÂáqåÊáB ÕãmáäÂB áÉCá£áÆán ãoåÏáw áäPán áäÈâÏäÃÂáB • O Allah, Lord of Ramadhan (the month) in which You sent down the Qur’án

18. áÅCá×ãä|ÂB ãÐå×㶠á½ãjCáRã® ÔÃá® áYå¢áoáXå¶B áÑ • and made fasting obligatory on Your servants.

19. èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB Ñ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ • Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad,

20. ãÅBáoádåÂB áÀãXå×áQ áäaác ØãËåºâpånB áÑ • and enable me to go for pilgrimage to Your sacred House,

21. èÅCá® ãäÄâ¾ Ø㶠áÑ BámÎ ØãÆCá® Ø㶠• in this year and in every year,

22. áÅCá«ã¯åÂB áPåÒâÊâämÂB áÀåÃãW Øã åoã·å²B áÑ • and forgive me those great sins (that I carry),

23. âÅáäÚá® CáÖ âÌÇåcán CáÖ á½âoå×á² CáÎâoã·å³áÖ áÙ âÐáäÊãCᶠ• for surely, none can forgive them except You, O Beneficent, O All­Knowing.

24. Èå×ãcáäoÂB ãÌÇåcáäoÂB ãÐäÃÂB ãÈåtãQ In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful.

25. káäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá® ãäÄá{ áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Allah send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

26. á½ãkåÇádãQ áAEáËáä\ÂB âeãXáXå¶áB ØãäÊãB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Allah, I begin glorifying You with Your Praise.

27. áÀãäËáÇãQ ãPBáÒáä|Ãã çjãäkátâÆ áYåÊáB áÑ You direct towards what is right through Your Grace.

28. Òå·á¯åÂB ã°ã¢åÒáÆ Ø㶠áÌå×ãÇãcBáäoÂB âÈácånáB áYåÊáB áÀáäÊáB âYåËá»åÖáB áÑ ãUáÇåcáäoÂB áÑ I am convinced that You are the most Merciful in matters of forgiveness and mercy,

29. ãUáÇã»áäËÂB áÑ ãÁCá¿áäËÂB ã°ã¢åÒáÆ Ø㶠áÌå×ãRãºCá¯âÇåÂB âäkáwáB áÑ but most severe in matters of warning and retribution,

30. UáÇá«á¯åÂB áÑ ãAEáÖãoåRã¿åÂB ã°ã¢åÒáÆ Ø㶠áÌåÖãoãäRá`áXâÇåÂB âÈá«å®áB áÑ and the most mighty in matters of power and magnificence.

31. áÀãXáÃáNåtáÆ áÑ áÀãMEá®âj Ø㶠Øã áYåÊãláB áäÈâÏäÃÂáB O Allah You have allowed me to supplicate to You and ask from You.

32. ØãWáÒå®áj âÈå×ãcán CáÖ åSã_áB áÑ ØãXácåkãÆ â°å×ãÇás CáÖ å°áÇåsCᶠThen hear my praise, O One who hears all, and answer my call, O Merciful,

33. ØãWáoå\á® ânåÒâ·á² CáÖ åÄãºáB áÑ and decrease my mistakes, O most Forgiving.

34. CáÏáXå·áxá¾ åkẠÅåÒâÇâÎ áÑ CáÏáXå_áäoᶠåkẠèUáQåoâ¾ åÌãÆ ØãÏÂãB CáÖ åÈá¿á¶ How often, O my God, You have relieved me of troubles, how much grief You have dispelled,

35. CáÏáWåoáxáÊ åkẠèUáÇåcán áÑ CáÏáXåÃáºáB åkẠèTáoå\á® áÑ how many mistakes You have prevented, how many blessings You have spread,

36. CáÏáXå¿á¿á¶ åkẠèAÞáQ ãUá»åÃác áÑ and how many series of afflictions You have separated.

37. BækáÂáÑ áÙ áäÑ æUáRãcCá{ åmãháäXáÖ åÈá ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Allah who has not taken a wife nor a son,

38. ãÀåÃâÇåÂB Ø㶠çÀåÖãoáw âÐáä åÌâ¿áÖ åÈá áÑ who has no partner in His Kingdom,

39. Bæoå×ãRå¿áW âÍåoãäRá¾ áÑ ãäÁâämÂB áÌãäÆ çäØãÂáÑ âÐáä åÌâ¿áäÖ åÈá áÑ who has no friend to protect Him from humiliation, so magnify Him with a great Magnificence.

40. CáÏãäÃâ¾ ãÍãkãÆCádáÆ ã°å×ãÇá`ãQ ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Allah for all His praiseworthy acts,

41. CáÏãäÃâ¾ ãÐãÇá¯ãÊ ã°å×ãÇá_ ÔÃá® for all His favours and blessings.

42. ãÐã¿åÃâÆ Ø㶠âÐá áäjEá£âÆ áÙ ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Allah who has no opposition in His Kingdom,

43. ãÍãoåÆáB Ø㶠âÐá á­ãpCáËâÆ áÙ áÑ nor any challenge to His command.

44. ãÐã»åÃág Ø㶠âÐá áÀåÖãoáw áÙ ÕãmáäÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Allah who has no partner in creation,

45. ãÐãXáÇá«á® Ø㶠âÐá áÐå×ãRáw áÙ áÑ nor anyone like Him in His Greatness.

46. âÍâoåÆáB ã¼åÃáhåÂB Ø㶠ØãwCá·åÂB ãÐäÃã âkåÇádåÂáB All Praise is for Allah, His commands operate over His creation,

47. âÍâkå`áÆ ãÅáoá¿åÂCãQ âoãÎCáä«ÂB âÍâkåÇác áÑ and his Praise is evident through His Generosity,

48. âÍákáÖ ãjåÒâ`åÂCãQ ã¨ãsCáRåÂB whose bestowal stretches out liberally.

49. âÐâËãMDáqág â}â»åËáW áÙ ÕãmáäÂB His treasures never decrease,

50. CæÆáoá¾ áäÑ BæjåÒâ_ áäÙãB ãACá§á¯åÂB âTáoå\á¾ âÍâkåÖãqáW áÙ áÑ (rather) the frequency of His Giving increases His Generosity and Kindness.
