  2. Significant events • Men’s Ministry – ex. Men’s Conference • FLAG – POLE • Kairos Summer Games (w/ CYA, YA, SOS) • Many Initiatives- Stepping stone, SOS, Executive Mentors, Regular Sports, etc. • Regional Events – Regional Leaders’ Retreat, training, collaboration, Prayer Meetings, etc.

  3. Significant events • Merge of Branches – Marikina/QC, Caloocan/Manila • Jake’s visit in Dubai • BatangLNP of Los Banos: 20 Scholars • New Mission Areas – Ex. Macau, BGC • Recollection for the more establish sisters

  5. 2013 ACTUAL INCOME • Donation from branches increased from 44% to 56% • LnP and SoS subsidy increased from 18% in 2012 to 25% in 2013 • This does not include the Calamity Fund amounting to P815k and NLTC Registration Fees amounting to P2.392M

  6. 2013 ACTUAL EXPENSE • 77% of total 2013 expense went to mission expense • 23% to administrative expense • NLT & NLTC expense only includes those shouldered by Nat’l Off. • This does not include the Calamity Expense of P839k

  12. On our Finances • Have a Regional Finance Person • Allow auto-debit as an experiment • Include 13th month & bonus columns (encourage tithing:10%) • AGLs’ concern • Branch’s extra money (3mos. only)

  14. Connect more with CYA • Reach out and give practical help • Start a service/ministry to CYA: • assign a liaison officer • Be AGLs of graduating students • Give a seniors workshop on: resume writing, choosing the right job, preparing for a job interview

  15. On music ministry • A very evangelistic tool so practice and train well. • Take a pastoral concern for the quality of our instruments, musicians, singers, and even sound system. • Required instruments – guitar, beatbox, tambourine (or the like)

  16. Men of f.i.r.e. • A mission on men’s evangelization and discipleship • To strengthen friendships among men & creating a manly environment • Conduct regular evangelistic events spread throughout the year • Continue to ask the help of sisters

  17. Start with RLTC and close with NLTC • Do spiritual preparation during the year • Have one alumni event together with your local branch • Launch mission awareness & fundraising (give update at the 2015 NLTC) CELBRATING OUR 3OTH ANNIVERSARY

  20. On gadget & dress code • Keep using your Bibles • instead of your tablets, phones, phablets • many still get distracted with gadgets • We can be distracted by a text or call • Attire should be appropriate and decent, not distracting or revealing.

Our dream action group • There’s regular spiritual input – talk, Bible study, book review, topic discussion. • There’s regular personal life sharing, fellowship, service, 1-to-1 meetings (2/year) • Members have & use annual pastoral plan • Trained AGLs • Meets regularly (weekly) • 100% attendance and participative
